First Remove

Cheese, Oatcakes, Honey Butter, Dried Cherries, Roasted Hazelnuts

Second Remove

Roasted Chicken, Stewed Fruit, Praiseach, Bread Sauce

Third Remove

Corned Beef, Caboches in Potage, Roasted Root Vegetables, Mustard Sauce

Fourth Remove

Lemon Flummery

Feast - With Ingredients

  1.  First Remove
    A Dubliner and Irish cheddar cheese,
    Dongal Oatcakes (Oats, Wheat Flour, Water,
    Roasted Hazelnuts
    Honey Butter (butter and honey)
    Dried Cherries

  2. Second Remove
    Roasted Chicken () 
    Bread Sauce (a gravy flavored with onion, nutmet, bay and cloves, thickened with sourdough crumbs) 
    Stewed apples and plums with orange and cardamom 
    Praiseach (oat pottage cooked i
    n milk and broth with mustard greens and scallions wilted in butter)

  3. Third Remove
    Corned Beef (roasted with honey and salt)
    Caboches in Potage (cabbage, leeks, onions stewed in beef broth)
    Roasted Root Vegetables (carrots, parsnips and turnips roasted in olive oil with salt & pepper)
    Mustard Sauce (a whole grain mustard sauce made with stout beer and honey)

  4. Fourth Remove
    Lemon Flummery (oat pudding of cream, lemon, sugar, topped with honey, whiskey and whipped cream)
