Bread Sauce (a gravy flavored with onion, nutmet, bay and cloves, thickened with sourdough crumbs)
Stewed apples and plums with orange and cardamom
Praiseach (oat pottage cooked in milk and broth with mustard greens and scallions wilted in butter) -
Third Remove
Corned Beef (roasted with honey and salt)
Caboches in Potage (cabbage, leeks, onions stewed in beef broth)
Roasted Root Vegetables (carrots, parsnips and turnips roasted in olive oil with salt & pepper)
Mustard Sauce (a whole grain mustard sauce made with stout beer and honey) -
